Automatic weld size weld gauge is for accurate calibrations of butt and fillet type welds. With this Gauge, it is possible to meet specifications of butt and fillet type welds.

The convexity and concavity sizes have automatically been determined in accordance with American Welding Society The gauge is built of stainless steel with dimensional readings chemically etched and filled for easier reading.

This rugged gauge fabricated in stainless steel will measure the important dimensions of weld preparations & of completed butt and fillet welds. It is intended for general fabrication work in the shop or on-site and rapidly measures weld features like tolerance of convexity, tolerance of reinforcement, concavity and underfill, to determine the size of a fillet weld. The scales are graduated in metric units, It is packed in a protective case & an instruction leaflet is provided.
